Clearer legal grounding, transparent monthly document limits, and usage you can actually see
August 15, 2026
Every signature now carries the legal grounding — timestamp, IP address, and verification hash — needed to satisfy the U.S. ESIGN Act (2000) and UETA.
Each plan now has a clear, published monthly limit on documents sent for signature, shown right on the pricing page instead of buried in fine print.
The dashboard now shows your actual signing activity — documents sent, completed, and awaiting signature — with a usage bar against your plan's monthly limit.
Assorted fixes and refinements across the upload, field-placement, and signing screens.
Full Japanese localization, on top of English and Chinese
August 13, 2026
SignFastAi is now fully localized in Japanese (日本語), alongside English and Chinese. Switch languages from the site header — the app, marketing pages, and emails all follow your selection.
Send documents for signature, with multiple signers and a real audit trail
August 11, 2026
You can now upload a PDF, mark signature, initial, and date fields, and send a secure signing link — no account required for the person signing.
Add as many signers as a document needs and choose whether they sign in a set order or simultaneously. Each signer is only notified once it's their turn.
Every signed document is locked and attached to a tamper-evident audit trail — timestamp, IP address, and a verification hash — sent to everyone involved.
A client list for faster sending, plus the ability to void a signature request before it's completed.
We're just getting started — here's what's coming
August 9, 2026
SignFastAi is in active development. We're building a fast, secure way for freelancers and small businesses to get documents signed: upload a PDF, mark where to sign, send a secure link, and get a signed document back with a full audit trail.
