Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignFastAi, an electronic signature service. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

SignFastAi lets you upload documents, mark where signatures are required, send secure signing links to recipients, and receive a signed document with an audit trail. Recipients can sign documents through a link without creating an account.

Electronic Signatures

Signatures collected through SignFastAi are intended to satisfy the requirements of the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). It is your responsibility to determine whether a document is legally eligible for electronic signature — some document types, such as wills, court orders, or certain notarized documents, may not be. SignFastAi does not provide legal advice, and we recommend consulting an attorney for documents with significant legal consequences.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your Documents and Content

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the content within them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any document you send for signature through SignFastAi, and for having the right to collect signatures and personal data from recipients.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SignFastAi to send documents that are fraudulent, illegal, or intended to deceive a signer
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, documents, or systems that are not yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it to distribute malware

Credits and Billing

SignFastAi is billed using a credit-based system as described on our Pricing page. Credits are consumed as you send documents for signature. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled; one-time and lifetime purchases are non-recurring. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

Service Availability

We aim to keep SignFastAi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using SignFastAi and close your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignFastAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between you and a document's signer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
